Licence
Terms.
Two licences, and one question decides which you need: will your end users pay to use what you build? If yes, you need the Extended Licence. If no, Regular is enough.

What “one end product” means
An end product is a single, finished application deployed for a single client or business. Building the same platform for a second client requires a second licence. Staging, development, and testing environments of the same end product are included and do not need extra licences.
Charging your end users
Under the Regular Licence, the people who use what you build must not be charged for access. Internal business use, client work you are paid for once, and free products all qualify.
Under the Extended Licence, you may charge end users — subscriptions, one-off fees, credits, whatever model you choose. This is the licence you need to run the product as a paid SaaS.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code itself.
- List it on a marketplace as your own item, modified or not.
- Include it in a template, theme, or bundle sold to others.
- Share repository access outside your own team or client project.
In short: sell what you build with it, not the thing itself.
Updates
Every licence includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. Your right to use the version you have never expires — only access to new releases does. We will email you while your window is open.

Bought elsewhere?
Licences purchased through CodeCanyon or Codester are governed by that marketplace's licence terms, not this page. Support is still available from us — see the support page.
